1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DailyPuzzles.com ("the Service"), operated by Puzzle Rocket LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DailyPuzzles provides free daily brain games including Sudoku, Crosswords, Word Search, Anagramio, and other puzzle types. The Service includes both daily puzzles (published at 11:00 PM Eastern Time each day) and unlimited classic/practice modes. Features include user accounts, progress tracking, streaks, achievements, leaderboards, and game archives.

3. User Accounts

You may use DailyPuzzles as a guest without an account, but certain features (progress tracking, streaks, leaderboards, achievements) require registration.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to solve puzzles or submit completions.
• Manipulate completion times, leaderboard rankings, or streak data.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Use offensive or impersonating usernames.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DailyPuzzles — including puzzle designs, game mechanics, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Puzzle Rocket LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Leaderboards & Public Data

By using the Service, you understand that your username, country flag, and puzzle completion times may be displayed publicly on leaderboards. Your email address and other account details are never shown publicly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Puzzle data, streaks, and completion records may occasionally be affected by system issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzle Rocket LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a site notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
